We hope that this will be the year we turn our basketball dreams into realities! This year’s fund-a-need project is two forward folding basketball goals that will act as side goals in the Oakhill Day School gymnasium.

These Porter Forward Folding Front Braced Backstops feature:
 • Rectangular glass backboards
 • Breakaway goals with nets
 • Height adjusters

 If you attended last year’s auction event, you may remember that one of our amazing Booster Club members, Jackie Conkling, won the diamond give-a-way and immediately donated her winnings back to be auctioned off with the proceeds going towards the purchase of these basketball goals! Thanks to Booster Club, we are already $1500 towards our goal.

 We will be selling mini basketballs for $100 on Auction night during the silent event and will move into paddle raising Fund-a-need during Live.

 Come ready to raise your paddle for new hoops in 2014!

Break out those boots and get ready to bid because it’s time for the Annual Auction at Oakhill Day School!

Join us on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at the Tiffany Springs Embassy Suites located at 7640 NW Tiffany Springs Parkway for our largest fundraising event the year. Hundreds of goods and services will be auctioned off to the highest bidder all to raise money for the students of Oakhill. This event is supported by not just the school, but by the entire North Kansas City community.

Here is this year's schedule of events!

  • VIP Reception Check In: 4:45 pm
  • VIP Reception: 5-6:30 pm
  • General Admission Check In: 6:00 pm
  • Silent: 6-8:00 pm
  • Ballroom opens at 6:30 pm
  • Dinner starts at 7:30-7:45 pm
  • LIVE Auction starts at 8:00 pm with the announcement of mobile bidding closing times
  • After Party from 10-11 pm

New this year!
Our silent auction is going electronic. Mobile bidding is the hottest new bidding format for charity auction fundraisers and Oakhill is excited to adapt it this year! Bidding can be done via any smart phone or tablet computer. Don’t have a device? We’ll have stations set up throughout the silent auction areas so that all you sharp shoppers have a chance to bid!
