Join us on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at the Tiffany Springs Embassy Suites located at 7640 NW Tiffany Springs Parkway for our largest fundraising event the year. Hundreds of goods and services will be auctioned off to the highest bidder all to raise money for the students of Oakhill. This event is supported by not just the school, but by the entire North Kansas City community.
The proceeds from this event directly benefit the students of Oakhill Day School by providing the funds to purchase curriculum enhancing materials/supplies for the classroom, provides the funds for annual teacher professional development, and offsets the expenses of providing an awesome student-centered education that parents have come to expect. This event is Oakhill's largest fundraising event of the year and generates approximately 10% of our annual funds!

Ticket registration deadline is Friday, February 17, 2017! You must purchase tickets to reserve your meal choice. You will not be guaranteed a meal if you do not purchase your tickets prior to the date listed above!

Because of the huge success last year, we are bringing back mobile bidding! Mobile bidding is the hottest new bidding format for charity auction fundraisers and Oakhill is excited to adapt it this year! Bidding can be done via any smart phone or tablet computer. Do not forget to bring your own device!

Tanna Guthrie has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars over her years as Auctioneer for Oakhill's annual event and has raised funds for many other causes including the American Heart Association, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Operation Breakthrough.
